Vaivox is an AI-powered video dubbing and translation platform. Users submit publicly accessible YouTube video URLs and receive AI-generated audio translations in multiple languages.
Vaivox does not download, host, store, or redistribute any original video content. The original video remains on YouTube and is played directly via the YouTube embedded player. Vaivox only generates and stores an AI-translated audio overlay.
The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
All videos remain the property of their original creators. Vaivox makes no claim of ownership over any video content submitted to the service. We do not copy, mirror, or redistribute original video content in any form.
Vaivox generates AI-translated audio overlays based on publicly accessible videos hosted on YouTube. The video itself stays on YouTube — Vaivox only produces a separate audio file containing the AI-generated translation.
If you are the owner of a video and wish to request removal of any associated AI-generated audio from our platform, please contact us at legal@vaivox.com. We will process removal requests within 5 business days.
Users are solely responsible for the content they submit to the service. By submitting a YouTube URL, you represent and warrant that you have the right to process that content and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
This service is intended for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. Commercial redistribution of AI-generated audio outputs without written permission from both Vaivox and the original content owner is strictly prohibited.
Vaivox shall not be held liable for any user-submitted content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. Any legal claims arising from misuse of the service are the sole responsibility of the user.

All AI-generated audio outputs produced by Vaivox remain the property of the respective content owners. Vaivox does not claim ownership over input videos or output translations.
The Vaivox platform, logo, and interface design are the intellectual property of Vaivox and may not be reproduced without permission.
Vaivox is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
